Well, Georgia Tech didn’t have the greatest record in football this fall, however, going to football games can be fun, especially when your brother is attending the opposing school that you’re playing in football while working on transferring to GT (I’m talking about the GT/NCSU game). This was probably one of the hottest games I have EVER attended for a football game. On top of losing, I can’t tell you it was one of the greatest times at a game either, however, the company was great and so was the tailgating! In reality, I think that is all that counts.

This has got to be one of my favorite pics from the day. My mom and I were so hot that we were leaving the game and I ended up deciding to head down to a GT student section, in the shade! My mom was so scared we would get in trouble. We would have only been in trouble with the students if we'd been pulling for NC State! I had a student take the picture just to prove to her that they didn't care...and they didn't! I even got her to be a part of the "Swarm!" I love you mom!

I love the water. I love to try to new things. I guess I love to torture myself. Hence the repeated nature of me trying to wakeboard. I’ve had a few good runs in my day, which I guess is what keeps me coming back to trying every year. This past summer was no different:

Trip to the Georgia Aquarium

Here are some great pics from a trip to the Georgia Aquarium this past summer! It was a great time and if you ever get the chance to go to it, I definitely recommend it!!! It’s the largest in the world!

I have no idea what these Penguins are looking at...I guess if one does something, they all do it....

That wall is a few feet thick, consisting of 3 HUGE pieces of a special type of Plexi-glass. It is an awesome site to sit in that room to see all of the fish swim by, especially when they feed them!

Dogs on a Boat…. Hmmm, Maybe not my best idea….

My parents have a boat, which I love to take advantage of! As much as I love my pups, you know that I had to get them on the boat at some point… I mean, they both have life jackets (did you really think a 3 pound dog could swim and stay afloat? Well, if you did….they can’t.) and Twitch HATES getting his ears and eyes wet. Anyways, while Marcus was living in Atlanta, I had the pups with me. One weekend, the pups and I went up to my parent’s house and decided to go out on the boat…Yay! I don’t think my dad thought it was the best idea, but I knew they’d come through for me (at least I hoped they’d come through for me). Anyways, there were about 7 of us on the boat and finally, it was my time to go tubing. So, what happens when you have dogs that have spent months protecting you when you go out on a tube in a boat? They try to jump in the water with you and save you. Ummmmm, oops…didn’t think about that. Next thing everyone knows is Twitch is about to jump in the water after me and all I see of Cocoa is a white blur jumping up on the seats to try to get out of the boat to get to me. They didn’t have their life jackets on at that point. So, needless to say, everyone on the boat had to run and grab both of them before they got into the water. I got back into the boat and put their jackets on and hopped back on the tube. The last thing I heard before the boat started back up was Twitch crying his eyes out b/c he couldn’t get to me and Cocoa sitting in someone’s lap so she could see me. Poor little guy and crazy little girl. Needless to say, they did really well overall on the boat, except for that hiccup! I can’t wait for next summer to get them back on the boat!!

I have been really lucky to spend some time with Bank of America up in New York City. Here are a few of my pics! Unfortunately, I tend to have to do a lot of my sightseeing alone. But I’d rather check out the sites on my free time than sit in my hotel room!

Twitch and the Frisbee…in the Water

Cocoa likes to run to me, she is obsessed with me afterall (no joke, ask anyone who has been around her).
